The board of directors (the "Board") of Sunshine Oilsands Ltd. (the "Company") hereby announces that a meeting of the Board has been changed and will be held on or about 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 13, 2013 in Calgary, Canada (on or about 9:00 p.m. Hong Kong time on Tuesday, August 13, 2013), for the purposes of, among other matters, approving the half year results and report of the Company and its subsidiaries for the three and six month periods ended June 30, 2013 and their publication.
