The board of directors (the “Board”) of Sunshine Oilsands Ltd. ( The “Company”) hereby announces that a meeting of the Board will be held on or about 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 in Calgary, Canada (on or about 11:00 a.m. Hong Kong time on Thursday, November 10, 2016), for the purpose of, approving the interim results and report of the Company and its subsidiaries for the three and nine month period ended September 30, 2016 and their publications.
